Michael Jordan was a former client here at the mission who became like family over the years.  It has been about six years ago since he moved into his own place but we saw him every week at church and Mike was often over here at the shelter lending a hand.  He was a valued employee at Roses department store where he worked for the past five years.  He leaves behind a sister who has flown in from California to help with the arrangements.  We loved him and we will all miss him very much.

Our hearts are heavy for our loss but we know, without a doubt, that we will see him again.
